Expect heady aromas of toasted coconut and creamy vanilla that drift into deep notes of caramelised sugar, cocoa, and subtle roasted coffee. On the palate, it’s all about layered luxury—silky oats and rich malts lead the way, while hand-toasted coconut and natural vanilla extract create a tropical sweetness that lingers with every sip. Hints of dark chocolate, treacle, and brown sugar round it out for a full-bodied, velvety mouthfeel.
Fermented with traditional English ale yeast and gently bittered with Magnum hops, this is a dark beer that doesn't shy away from character but never forgets to be smooth. Best served slightly below room temperature to let those flavours really shine.
