We brew both historical and modern styles, taking inspiration from different countries brewing traditions and our surroundings in the beautiful countryside of Cornwall. 

Barrel Aged

We have a small, but growing barrel library in which we age many of our beers. Using predominantly red wine barrels, bourbon barrels or new oak we let the beer mature, develop and take on additional flavours and added complexity. Sometimes the ageing period is just a few months, but often our beer rests for a year or more.
